MVPDemo.online provides hosting, staging, and demonstration subdomains for clients, agencies, and software developers. All subdomains are powered by Coolify, Docker containers, and automated SSL encryption.

You agree not to use MVPDemo.online or any assigned subdomains for:

• Any unlawful or fraudulent activities, phishing, or malware distribution.
• Content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Spamming, automated traffic generation, or deceptive advertising schemes.

3. Google AdSense & Advertising Compliance

All advertisements served across MVPDemo.online and its subdomains must comply with Google AdSense program policies. Click manipulation, incentivized traffic, and deceptive ad placement are strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, branding, and content created specifically for your client demos belong to you or your respective clients. The core framework, templates, and server architecture are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% target uptime through Coolify container orchestration, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during emergency VPS maintenance.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any subdomain that violates these terms or Google AdSense policies without prior notice.
